This gated community of approximately 500 condo homes boasts a great locale, situated in central Palm Desert. Draped with amazing views of both the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains, Woodhaven offers residents a beautiful place to call home with golf access and an array of amenities.

 

Established in 1985, this public 18-hole course is known as one of the most golfer- friendly courses, allowing golfers to play a standard round in less than four hours. Harold Heers, Jr. designed the traditional style Woodhaven course with narrow fairways and gently rolling slopes. Even though the course maintains a public status, members are always granted priority.

 

The Woodhaven club accommodates one of the most comprehensive golf fitness programs in the nation, called the Tour Golf Fitness Program. Members are generously extended golf privileges at Woodhaven’s sister courses of Cimarron Golf Resort, located in Palm Springs, for only a $99 upgrade in monthly fees.

 

In addition to golf, homeowners are privy to several amenities including a freshly remodeled clubhouse, the Vista Grill restaurant, tennis, racquetball, swimming, a fitness room, and spa services. For residents whose interests don’t include golf, an exclusive social membership is available allowing usage of the previously mentioned amenities plus invitations to more than 100 social and special events.
