Toscana Country Club carries the distinction of being the last private country club established in the city of Indian Wells. Residents enjoy the lovely Santa Rosa Mountain panorama of Indian Wells, which is only 15 miles southeast of Palm Springs.

 

Toscana is a private-equity club lauded for its extravagant amenities. Member provisions include a stunning clubhouse, golf courses, golf shop, separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, Spa Luna, The Sports Club, and opulent dining and special event spaces. The Il Forno Trattoria is a private on-site bistro. The Villa Toscana lounge and bar is perfect for relaxing, yet also offers private boardrooms and additional dining rooms for special functions.

 

The private club opened in 2004 and features two remarkable golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. These 18-hole signature courses are named the North Course and the South Course. Both have spacious fairways punctuated by beautiful mountain views. The North Course features desert styling with waste bunkers and arroyos. The South Course inspires gradual elevation changes, more than 100 bunkers, and water features challenging players on 11 holes. An open tee policy is extended to members and their guests, never requiring a tee time.

 

Homes in Toscana number 620 and are a diverse mix of stately semi-custom and custom estate homes encompassing 2,790 to over 5,500 square-foot designs. Real estate opportunities include both new homes and resale homes. There are a limited number of custom lots available for new construction as well.
