Part of the prestigious family of PGA West® communities, the Nicklaus Private Course is sure to impress. Course highnotes are elevated tees, deep-set fairways, distinctive holes, rolling greens that beckon golfers of all abilities.
 
The Jack Nicklaus Private Course is an 18-hole, 72 par course, offering challenging play. On multiple occasions the course earned recognition in Golf Magazine making their list of “Top 100 Courses in the World”. Built in 1987, the courses’ original intent was to be the host of the Ryder Cup in 1991. The event ended up being held on the Ocean Course of Kiawah Island, South Carolina, for internationl television ease.
 
The community has both golf course condo homes and single-family homes. Condos were contructed between 1990 and 1992 on the course, with models featuring 1,300 to 3,000 square feet of space. Single family styles were developed over a decade spanning 1990 through 2000.
