Palm Royale Country Club is a condo development in the desert city of La Quinta. A total of 354 condos, clustered into six different groups surround the community’s golf course. Each group of condos has access to their own swimming pools and Jacuzzis, while all homes enjoy golf course views. Often dubbed “getaway condos” due to popularity for rental usage, an assortment of models measure in size from 763 square feet to 926 square feet.
The club opened it’s doors for operation in 1985. The golf course is a Ted Robinson designed 18-hole Par-3 executive walking course. Open to the public, guests and renters may play this exciting course at exclusive monthly rates. Condo residents may also take advantage of the nearby Silver Rock Resort’s golf course at deeply discounted rates.
Homeowners Association fees do provide unlimited golfing for homeowners, usage of tennis courts and community pools, landscape maintenance, and cable TV.
