LEGACY VILLAS AT LA QUINTA

 

 

Neighboring La Quinta Resort, the fresh resort-style villa community of Legacy Villas offers “lock and leave” style accommodations. Residents and guests enjoy numerous amenities and close proximity to the city of La Quinta’s rich recreational lifestyle.

 

Established in 2005, Legacy Villas is a guard-gated community comprised of villas and townhomes from 1,300 square feet to 2,100 square feet. Villa styles boast either one-car garages or carports while townhomes include two-car enclosed garages. Owners may choose to rent out their homes when not in use by entering them into the income producing rental pool. Current rental rates have averaged $500 per day.

 

Legacy Villas displays 19 fountains throughout its grounds and features an 11,000 square foot clubhouse. Clubhouse offerings include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, the La Quinta Legacy Grill restaurant, meeting rooms, outdoor fireplaces, a relaxing hammock area, and poolside cabanas. There are nine community pools, one pool/spa allocated just for adult use, and one set aside especially for family use that has a play area.

 

With La Quinta Resort just next door, residents are privy to room service and maid service if inclined, and can take advantage of the resort’s two championship golf courses.
