LA QUINTA COUNTRY CLUB
77-750 Avenue 50, La Quinta, CA
Initially owned by the landmark La Quinta Resort, club members purchased it in 1977 forming an equity membership club. A recognizable name in desert golf, the esteemed La Quinta Country Club started in 1959 with a Larry Hughes designed golf course. Then in 1999, the course underwent redesign by Robert Muir Graves. Traditionally fashioned, it is continually regarded as one of the best golf courses in the Coachella Valley golf hub drawing players of all skill levels.
The La Quinta development is comprised of single-family homes and condos. Single-family styles show off a mix of contemporary, mid-century modern, and Spanish infused architecture. These homes compose the sub-neighborhoods of La Quinta Country Club Estates, Montero Estates, and The Golf Estates.
Condos are grouped into The Villas of La Quinta and Country Club Estates Condos. They were originally constructed in the 1960’s and 1970’s, but you’ll find a number of them have been modernized or upgraded. Home and condo ownership options are available.
