Heritage Palms gated community is an active adult community (55+) that offers luxury plus a long list of well-planned amenities. Approximately 1,000 homes wrap around an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course created by Arthur Hills Design. The course holds a public status and incorporates 4 lakes and challenging elements.

 

Homes were built from 1996 to 2004 and consist of attached and separate single-family styles. Both golf-course views and private yards just off the green are available with homes varying in size from 2 bedroom models of 1,382 square feet to 3 bedroom models of 2,600 square feet.

 

HOA dues are paid monthly and offer residents a wide variety of recreational options. Unlimited use of the spacious clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, grill space, dramatic outdoor/indoor pool and spa featuring sweeping views of the golf course, are included in fees.
