ANDALUSIA

Madison Street at Avenue 58, La Quinta, CA

Andalusia is a private golf community that encompasses luxurious living. This community is infused with Spanish flair and was inspired by the Andalucía region in southern Spain. Situated on approximately 937 acres in South La Quinta, the views include the breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains.

Still in development, Andalusia will eventually be comprised of 900 homes, two private championship golf courses, an exquisite Spanish-style clubhouse, tennis and fitness center, and racquet club with spa facilities. The majority of Andalusia’s real estate opportunities include new construction semi-custom homes offered by the developer. However, there are a few resale homes available.

The first of the two golf courses, named the East Course, has been in operation since 2006. Renowned architect Rees Jones designed the expansive East Course of 18 holes to include five sets of tees, measuring 7,521 yards from the back tees, and 5,489 yards from the forward tees. Scenic landscaping abounds with olive trees paying homage to the community’s Spanish influence, and date palms dancing on the breeze. A lush abundance of diversified flowers and foliage adds to the beauty of the course. The signature piece is an enormous rock waterfall welcoming golfers to the final green. Currently in planning stages, the second course will have 18 holes and be designed by Rees Jones as well.

Important note: I must accompany you on your first visit to the community. Assisting you as a buyer’s agent would be my pleasure and is a service that is of no charge to you.
