THE PALMS GOLF CLUB

 

 

Reputed as one of the most distinctive communities and best golfing experiences in the desert golf hub, The Palms Golf Club offers an intimate design. At the heart of this community is the golf course and is fringed with only 101 homes, 90% of which are positioned on the course.

 

Spanning the east part of the course are Golf Villa homes with semi-custom and custom homes adorning the remaining three sides. Model size varies between approximately 2,500 to over 6,500 square feet. The majority of The Palm’s homes were developed from 2004 through 2007.

 

The club’s 18-hole course maintains a private status and was developed by designers Fred Couples (a part-time Palms resident) and Brian Curley in 1999. Serene views encapsulate thousands of date palms, desert mesquite tress, fruit-bearing citrus trees plus three creeks that softly flow throughout the course.

 

Staged against the ever-present splendor of the surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains, this course makes for an aesthetically pleasing experience. The Palms course is known for its courtesy policy, never requiring tee times and providing play in less than four hours. Members may opt to walk the course or ride a cart.
