RANCHO LAS PALMAS COUNTRY CLUB

 

 

Rancho Las Palmas enjoys a wonderful desert setting with rich mountain views. Developed in the late 1970’s, this condo and golf community provides residents with resort style amenities and 27 holes of golf.

 

There are approximately 870 residences in Rancho Las Palmas. Detached condo style homes offer owners enticing lake and fairway views. Floor plans include two and three bedroom designs measuring 1,270 to 2,187 square feet. Desert style exterior architecture unites the community creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

 

Rancho Las Palmas features three 9-hole championship golf courses. All were designed by Ted Robinson and are named the North Course, South Course, and West Course. Six lakes, ample trees and diverse landscaping create lush views for residents. The Club began operation in 1976, and while considered a public course, members are always given priority.

 

Swimming pools, spas, a 16,000 square-foot clubhouse, fitness facility, tennis courts, and social events round out resident amenities. The incredible Peter Burwash International Tennis Center boasts 25 tennis courts comprised of different surfaces. Eight courts are conveniently lit for night use.
