La Quinta Fairways borders the La Quinta Resort and Club and is in close proximity to the city’s picturesque center for shopping and dining, Old Town La Quinta. This guard gated community consists of a medley of single story and two story homes varying in size from approximately 2,000 square feet to just over 3,000 square feet. Homes were built across a decade from 1991 to 2001 and feature lots on and off the golf course.
In fact, the neighboring resort’s renowned Dunes golf course spills through a portion of La Quinta Fairways. Golf access is available at the resort’s public club, which offers play on the two 18-hole courses, named the Dunes course and Mountain course. Even though the club is public, members always have priority.
Residents of La Quinta have the benefit of golfing at reduced rates at the city’s Silver Rock Resort nearby.
